You will see an upgrade prompt. BG Remover does not automatically charge you for extra usage.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?▼
No. Monthly allowances refresh each billing month and unused credits do not carry over.
What counts as 1 credit?▼
Only a successful background removal counts as 1 credit. Failed uploads, oversized files, unsupported formats, and unclear subjects do not use credits.
Why are Pro and Business not shown as main plans?▼
Most users only need Starter or Creator. Pro and Business are reserved for higher-volume workflows and can be activated when demand is clear.
Why does PayPal ask for a security check?▼
PayPal may ask for a captcha, login verification, or account check based on its own risk system. BG Remover cannot control that PayPal screen, and no charge is made until you approve the subscription on PayPal.
What if PayPal cannot approve the subscription?▼
That usually means PayPal could not approve the checkout for that account, browser, network, or region at that moment. You can try again later, use a verified PayPal account email, or contact support.
